Cephalopods and jellyfish are taking over the oceans. The former are tasty, but the latter ... I know the Japanese eat them, but I can't see it.

I think a 100-lb Humboldt squid is more for stewing than flash frying.

How do you cook the little red devils? I can find lots of pictures of fishermen holding them up to cameras but no recipes.
