Now I know I am wasting too much time learning about squids.
A squid that shoots phosphorescent clouds instead of ink-clouds.

Bruce – when are you going to drop all the other dull irrelevant stuff from your blog? I mean who wants to read about security and cryptography?
Hurrah for Cephalopods!
We’re too late for the special Iron Chef “Battle Squid” Menu:

You’re right. I had a lot of fun reading the site. My favorite so far is the “Toys for Octopuses” page:
http://www.thecephalopodpage.org/OctopusToys.php
“The three toys presented individually to two octopuses. These were named Ball, Cow, and Pliers.”
What, they couldn’t find any toys called “sinking treasure ship” or “giant sperm whale”? What kind of an Octopus wants to use a pair of pliers?

Well, I did once have an octopus trained to take apart lego submarines. . . I’ve heard that Mr. Potatoe Head makes a very good enrichment puzzel as well.
Thanks for the condiments, err, compliments.
