As in a giant squid with a habit of eating sperm whales. I was appropriately awed. Then I clicked the link and saw it was a plain old sperm whale that had caught itself a giant squid. Not news. But the fact that it was captured on film is pretty awesome. Posted by: Jason at November 13, 2009 10:10 PM I also misread that title - It's a sperm-whale-eating Giant Squid! GO SQUID. Click. O_o Maybe it should rather be: Sperm whale eating a giant squid. Posted by: Werner at November 14, 2009 1:36 AM @Wemer Posted by: Teacher at November 14, 2009 2:04 AM A panda walks into a café. He orders a sandwich, eats it, then draws a gun and proceeds to fire it at the other patrons. 'Why?' asks the confused, surviving waiter amidst the carnage, as the panda makes towards the exit. The panda produces a badly punctuated wildlife manual and tosses it over his shoulder. 'Well, I'm a panda', he says, at the door. 'Look it up.' The waiter turns to the relevant entry in the manual and, sure enough, finds an explanation. 'Panda. Large black-and-white bear-like mammal, native to China. Eats, shoots and leaves.'
