Doesn’t really look all that tasty.

The outside looks tasty enough. It’s the brown stuff inside the squid’s head that doesn’t look so apetizing to me.

A lot of work obviously went into that. You’ll eat it and like it, dammit!

Looking at the expression in the squids eye I can’t help but get the feeling it felt the pain of being lobotomized…
At least it was not done by Dr. Walter Freeman’s method.
In 1936 he developed the method whereby a patient would be rendered unconcious by electric shock to the head, then he would shove an instrument into the eye socket hit it with a hammer to get it through the skull twirl it around to do the required brain damage then repeate on the other eye.
Apparently the reason it’s called the “Ice Pick Lobotomy” method was that in the original development of his method he did indead use an ice pick.
Oh and he also got the method down to a ten minute walk in op in his office…
Maybe the squid got lucky…

I have been wondering this for a LOONG time: whats with the squids, Bruce?
Is it just a random marine biology hobby or what? This subject should be covered in a FAQ 🙂

Reminds me of the old joke about road apples. Doesn’t feel good, doesn’t smell good, doesn’t taste good…whew, good thing I didn’t step in it.
