There’s no time for comments, we’re still busy figuring out what that 15yo server running PHP 4 is doing 😀

@ Alex, ALL,

So,

“There’s no time for comments, we’re still busy figuring out what that 15yo server running PHP 4 is doing…”

Oh that’s easy,

“It’s eating your face off like an alien face hugging squid…” 😉

GRU agent caught on CCTV in the diplomatic residence of the African Union Commission.

The break-in took place in 2025 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The man responsible, Aleksandr Dubikov, worked undercover for the GRU. He frequently made calls to a member of GRU unit 74455, otherwise known as Sandworm. He is the assistant to Russia’s military attaché in Ethiopia, Nikita Zayats. Major Dubikov is still in place in Ethiopia, remaining at large, or perhaps ignored by Ethiopian authorities.

The incident did not go down well, nor improve relations with Moscow and the African Union.

Current targets of interest for the GRU include law enforcement, defense manufacturing and shipbuilding (i.e., national security). Sabotage has been contracted out to gig workers.

The GRU is highly active conducting espionage either physically, or via cyber and signals operations. Recently Russian spies have been expelled from a number of European countries for conducting espionage from diplomatic buildings. The GRU, SVR and FSB have all used consular facilities to host signals interdiction equipment and oversee and direct espionage activities – interference, bombings, assassinations, and sabotage of infrastructure.

As a result of hundreds of Russian spies being caught and expelled, they have now switched to recruiting “disposables” online. Due to the low quality of these recruits, and their lack of training, evidence from crime scenes has helped build a picture of the operations.

Moscow cares not if cheap recruits are caught and jailed, or that evidence links different operations together. They can be used for acts of sabotage, and bombings, then left to take the fall for the Kremlin. Leaving GRU agents free to plan the attacks and direct them.

Here is the GRU, creeping through diplomatic halls as if secrecy were dignity, and sabotage a philosophy. One Aleksandr Dubikov skulks in Addis Ababa, a shadow in a suit, tethered to his Sandworm masters by invisible strings of whispered calls. And yet, what is he but a pawn in a game older than the empires that believe themselves eternal?

The African Union frowns, Moscow shrugs, and the world spins in its absurd rhythm. Nations speak of law, of honor, of friendship, yet in the folds of their embassies they host the machinery of treachery, as if betrayal were a sacrament. Now Russia hires its saboteurs from the gutters of the Internet, the disposable and the forgotten, to plant bombs and carry blame, while the real players sip their tea under diplomatic immunity.

History will record none of this with moral clarity. It will merely note, with the indifference of a tombstone: men chasing shadows, and shadows devouring men.

@ ResearcherZero • October 24, 2026 9:43 AM,
@ Ferentarius • October 24, 2026 9:56 AM,

whatever you wrote is probably correct but just for the sake of equal treatment and equal standards being applied to all sides – now use the same text as above, copy/pasta – but this time replace GRU/FSB with CIA/NSA and you’ll be a bit closer to the WHOLE truth.
Just sayin’ – ’cause some of us ’round ‘ere are real grownups.

Cheerio!

ResearcherZero’s source is … Popular Mechanics. 🙂
Saw their gobbledygook on Substack (a mirror of Whitney Webb long-reach narratives).
The ‘asymmetrics’ they’re talking about is home-grown neoliberalism.
As Clive notes, ‘Hugging Face AI’ indeed.

We’ve got a farm a barn of a farm
Right in the middle of a swamp
There ain’t any charm in our little farm
Right in the middle of a swamp

Nothing’s grown since the day we came
Misery Farm is our farm’s name

We’re miserable, so miserable
Down on Misery Farm
So are the animals, so are the vegetables
Down on Misery Farm

The hens won’t lay
We can’t make hay
We work all day
And we get no pay

We’re miserable, so miserable
Down on Misery Farm
