Glad they highlighted this one: “Making personal identifying information harder to steal is probably impossible. Making it harder to use is our only real solution, short term or long term.”

So true, until we get it through people’s heads that the real crime isn’t theft, its fraud, we’ll continue to implement the wrong solutions.
