My guess is alcohol preservaton is more expensive and people don’t like the smell of alcohol.

If you say yes I will get a computer, Windows, and will follow the chain back, which is quicker than trying to find it, if you supply a email, I will work out the c code at or near the start of the chain.
Price free, but you have to take the next step, and supply the PoC
