It's not a squid this time, but an octopus.

Rare video footage shows a giant octopus attacking a small submarine off the west coast of Vancouver Island.

I think "attacking" is a bit strong. The inquisitive animal is just exploring the robotic sub's tether, when the operator panics and blasts it with gravel.
